At Sunrise Group – A Computer Institute, we value transparency and fairness. However, due to the nature of our services and course structure, the following refund policies apply:
All course fees are strictly non-refundable once the admission is confirmed, irrespective of course progress or attendance.
Registration, admission, and examination fees are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a student voluntarily withdraws from the course for any reason (personal, academic, or professional), no refund will be issued.
Fees cannot be transferred to another student or course once the enrollment is processed.
In special cases (medical, relocation, etc.), students may request a batch transfer within 15 days of course start, subject to management approval.
Batch transfers are allowed only once and do not guarantee seat availability.
No refund will be issued in case the student is unable to attend the new batch.
If the institute cancels a course due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen reasons, students will be offered:
Full refund of paid fees or
Option to shift to another course or batch.
Once access is granted to online learning materials, video lectures, or digital kits, no refund will be applicable—even if the course is discontinued.
Fees paid under scholarships, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
If a student is expelled due to misconduct or violation of institute rules, no refund shall be granted.
